This privacy policy applies to the mobile applications (herein referred to as "Application" or "Applications") developed by Jest Tech / Jest Teknoloji Bilişim Ltd Sti (herein referred to as "Service Provider") as Free services.

1. Information Collection and Use

Our Applications collect information when you download and use them. This information may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages or features of the Application that you visit/use, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
• The operating system you use on your mobile device

Unless specifically requested and authorized by you within a particular app, our Applications do not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

3. Advertising

You can manage your ad settings through your device's operating system settings (e.g., "Opt out of Interest-Based Ads" on Android or "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS).

4. Disclosure

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• With their trusted services providers who work on their behalf and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

5. Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by our Applications easily by uninstalling them. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.

6. Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Applications and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data, please contact them at the email address provided below.

7. Children

The Service Provider does not use the Applications to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

8. Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information.

9. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
