This privacy policy applies to the mobile applications (herein referred to as "Application" or "Applications") developed by Jest Tech / Jest Teknoloji Bilişim Ltd Sti (herein referred to as "Service Provider", "we", "us"). It explains what data our Applications access, how that data is collected, how it is used, how long it is kept, and the choices available to you.
This policy covers all of our Applications, including Snore Track (package/bundle identifier com.jesttech.snoretrack). Sections that apply only to specific features are marked accordingly.
Summary of our approach. Our Applications are designed to keep your sensitive data on your own device. Health and sleep data, audio recordings and sleep analysis results are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers, not shared with third parties, not used for advertising or marketing, and not sold. We do not operate an account system and we do not require you to register to use our Applications.
When you download and use our Applications, the following information may be collected automatically, primarily by the platform and third-party services described in Section 6:
Unless specifically requested and authorized by you within a particular app, our Applications do not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The following categories are only accessed after you grant the corresponding operating system permission. You may decline, and you may revoke the permission at any time in your device settings.

This section applies to Snore Track, which offers an optional integration with Apple Health (HealthKit) on iOS and Health Connect on Android. This section describes how we access, collect, use, store and delete health data.
The health integration is optional and disabled by default. It is only activated if you explicitly enable it in the Application and then grant read permission in the Apple Health or Health Connect permission dialog presented by your operating system. If you do not grant permission, the Application continues to work without any health data.
When you grant permission, the Application reads sleep data only (the SleepSession record type on Health Connect, and sleep analysis samples on Apple Health). Specifically, for the nights you track, the Application reads and stores:
We do not read any other health or fitness category — no heart rate, no steps, no weight, no blood oxygen, no medical records, and no other data type.
Health data is used exclusively to provide features you can see inside the Application:

Our use of Apple Health data complies with the Apple App Store Review Guidelines for HealthKit, and our use of Health Connect data complies with the Google Play Health Connect policy, including the restrictions listed in Section 2.3 above.
This section applies to Snore Track, whose core function requires listening for snoring while you sleep.
Information you enter or generate in the Application — sleep sessions, snoring statistics, notes, and lifestyle factors you tag — is stored in a local database on your device. It is not synchronized to our servers and is not accessible to us.
We use the information described in Section 1.1 to operate, maintain and improve our Applications, to diagnose technical problems, and to serve and measure advertisements as described in Section 7. The Service Provider may use contact information you voluntarily provide to send you important information or required notices. Sensitive data described in Sections 2, 3 and 4 is used only to provide the in-app features described there.
Health data, audio recordings and your in-app sleep records are not shared with any third party. For the remaining categories, only aggregated or service-necessary data is transmitted to the third-party services listed below, each of which has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data:
Our Applications may include advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use device and advertising identifiers to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted. On iOS, personalized advertising is only used if you allow tracking when the App Tracking Transparency prompt appears. You can manage your ad settings at any time through your device's operating system settings (for example "Opt out of Interest-Based Ads" on Android, or "Allow Apps to Request to Track" on iOS). Paid subscribers may browse the Application without advertisements.
As stated in Section 2.3, health data and audio recordings are never used for advertising and are never provided to advertising networks.
Locally stored data — sleep sessions, snoring statistics, audio recordings and imported health data — remains on your device until you delete it in the Application or uninstall the Application. Uninstalling removes all of it permanently.
Any limited information held by the third-party services in Section 6 is retained according to their own policies. If you would like to request deletion of information you have provided to us directly, such as by email, please contact us at the address in Section 13 and we will act on your request.

Health data is excluded from the third bullet above: it is not transferred to service providers, since it never leaves your device.
Our Applications are not directed to children. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect data from or market to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so that we can delete it.
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and provide physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect it. Health data, audio recordings and sleep records are stored in the Application's private storage area, which the operating system isolates from other applications. Please note that no method of electronic storage is completely secure. Keeping your device locked and up to date is an important part of protecting the data stored on it.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly, as continued use of the Applications following an update is deemed acceptance of the changes.
